IMPORTANT RETURN INFORMATION
If you wish to return an unwanted item to Bestbuys
it MUST be accompanied by one of our Bestbuys
Returns Forms otherwise the return cannot be
proccessed and will be deemed void and disposed
of. A copy of the form can be found HERE
If
you discover an item is faulty it must be returned
complete with Bestbuys Faulty Item Return Form.
Otherwise the return cannot be processed and
will be deemed void and disposed of. A copy

City
Link
Once our orders are marked as ‘dispatched’
and goods are handed over to city link, Bestbuys
have little control over delivery. The parcel
is the responsibility of city link. Your order
can be tracked through the city link website
online at www.city-link.co.uk.
Your order tracking number will be emailed to
you confirming delivery once your order has
been processed by our web sales team. Any delivery
arrangements must be made through city-link
and problems incurred must be taken up with
them. Bestbuys have no responsibility it is
out of our hands. City link will attempt to
deliver to the address stated by the customer.
If the customer is unavailable to sign for delivery
the order will be returned to the nearest city
link depot. City link attempt a second delivery
the following working day. This is the last
time they will deliver; if unsuccessful the
goods are returned to the depot. It is then
the responsibility of the customer to collect
the order from the depot before the item is
fail caged. If goods are returned to Bestbuys
following an unsuccessful delivery the customer
will be charged for any costs incurred by Bestbuys.
Shipping

UK deliveries: Orders can be delivered to your
home or work place. Deliveries are made on weekdays
(Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm) and require a signature.
If no-one is available to sign for the goods,
the courier will leave a card with details of
the phone number to call to arrange another
delivery. We dispatch on weekdays only (Mon-Fri
except Bank Holidays).
Bestbuys deliver next day to mainland UK. Deliveries
to N. Ireland are sent with Royal Mail and will
take longer (3-5working days).

Next Day Delivery is available for orders placed
from 9am on Monday until 1pm on Thursday. Orders
Placed on Thursday from 1pm until Friday at
1pm will be dispatched on Friday, However as
our courier does not deliver over the weekend
will not arrive with the customer until the
Monday. Orders placed over the weekend will
be dispatched with Monday’s orders and
can be expected to arrive on the Tuesday.
Returns
Policy
All items that customers wish to return for
exchange or refund to Bestbuys must be returned
in perfect condition and in their original sealed
packaging with all tags intact. If you encounter
any problems please do not hesitate to contact

Order
Cancellation
The United Kingdom’s Distance Selling
Regulations 2000 provides the customer with
the right to cancel an order up to seven working
days after the day the good have been received.
The goods must be in their original packaging
and any tags must be kept intact. The customer
is liable for any costs and expenses of returning
goods. No postage will be refunded.
Please note that the actual cost of original
shipping will be applied as a charge and will
not be refunded, unless goods were delivered
in a faulty condition.
Any orders which are accepted for return after
the seventh day of the cooling off period will
have the cost incurred to Bestbuys for original
delivery applied as a charge. Also a further
35% restocking and administration fee will be
charged to the customer. Any products returned
must be in perfect unopened condition in their
original packaging, all tags intact.
*Returns
Policy on FREE Next Day Delivery
If the customer decides that they do not want
a product that they have ordered and received
from us. We will gladly refund the cost of the
goods; however a deduction for the initial postage
will be made for the cost that Bestbuys have
incurred. It is the responsibility of the customer
to return goods to Bestbuys and fund the delivery
charge. To save yourself time and money please
ensure that you are certain that you want the
items before ordering them from our website,
Return postage
charges will be the responsibility of the Buyer.
To arrange a return/refund, you must complete
the Bestbuys return form and return it with
the return item. Any orders returned which are
not accompanied by this form will be viewed
as anonymous packages and will be deemed void,
and disposed of.

You will need to cover your own costs for returning
the item and it is advisable to send returns
by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible
for items that go missing in the post. If you
require a replacement item please place a new
order on our phone/website. This enables us
to dispatch your new goods as quickly and efficiently
as possible. Please do not hesitate to contact
us if you need any further information or advice!
NOTE:
WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT RETURNED GOODS IF THEY ARE
STILL OF MERCHANDISABLE QUALITY. WE WILL NOT
ACCEPT RETURNED GOODS IF THEY HAVE OBVIOUSLY
BEEN WORN OR USED. IN PARTICULAR THIS MEANS
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNED TENTS THAT HAVE
BEEN PITCHED, EVEN INDOORS, AS THIS RENDERS
THEM SECOND-HAND AND UNSELLABLE.
"But what if I discover that they are faulty?"
Don't worry, if on receipt of your goods you
discover they are faulty or damaged please complete
the Bestbuys Faulty good Retun form and attach
with the return package.

We will either refund the goods, replace or
repair them or issue a credit note depending
on the circumstances.
Right
to Cancel
Customers may cancel your order at any point
from the time of placing the order up to seven
working days after the day you receive your
goods. This upholds your right under European
Law to a "cooling off" period. To
exercise this right please notify us in writing
(by e-mail, fax or letter), within seven working
days from the day you receive your order, of
your wish to cancel your order. If the goods
have already been sent you will need to return
them to us in their original packaging at your
own cost. Once we receive the goods we will
process a refund for you as quickly as possible.
Please
note that you have a duty to look after the
goods you wish to return. They must be UNUSED
and in good condition when we receive them.
In particular this means we will NOT be able
to accept returned tents that have been pitched,
even inside, as this renders them second-hand
and unsellable.
Clothing
Policy
all ski and summer wear are authentic, and are
supplied
brand new complete with tags.
Prices
include VAT at the rate of 17.5% unless otherwise
stated.
Returns for refund or exchange must be made
within 14 days of the dispatch date and the
item must be in a new and unused condition,
with the original labels still intact.

In order to do this we need your help, so please
take the following steps so that we can process
your package on its return.
Bestbuys have thousand of orders leaving our
warehouse each week. Therefore to track any
returns we ask our customers to complete a simple
form and return it with the return item. Any
orders returned which are not accompanied by
this form will be viewed as anonymous packages
and will be deemed void, and disposed of.

We accept payment within the UK via email, Internet
and telephone, using any of these credit and
debit cards pictured below.

We want to assure you that your Internet transaction
is completely safe and secure. As we use Datacash
to process credit and debit card details, we
never actually see your credit card number.

3. Barclays, who are responsible for all credit
card transactions, use sophisticated secure

Postage
and Packaging
Bestbuys charge a flat rate of £9.99 for
a parcel delivery, and £8.49 for orders
which will fit in a city pack package. Packages
with a larger weight will have additional cost
added to cover postage.
Delivery
Your order will normally be dispatched and delivered
within 7 working days. If there is any problem
we will endeavor to inform you as soon as possible.
We only deliver orders to mainland United Kingdom
VAT
Please note that all prices include VAT (currently
17.5%), except where exemptions apply.
