    Orders placed before 1pm on a working day (Mon - Fri) will be processed and dispatched the same day. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank / other public holidays.

    Every effort is made to dispatch items the same working day, however if you have placed an order after the 1pm “cut off” time and have chosen a next working day delivery option, please contact our store and we will be able to advise you if there is still time to process and dispatch your order the same day.

    Once your order is shipped, the order will arrive the following working day.
    Despatch notification emails are sent on the day that your order is shipped. This will include a tracking number and link (URL) so that you may track your order with our courier. If you include a mobile phone number in your details, you will also receive tracking information via text message.

    All orders will be delivered Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 6pm. Please ensure you supply a daytime delivery address for your order as a signature will be required.

    If you have any specific delivery requirements, then the following Express Delivery options are available:

    Before 9:00am -  £18.99 per parcel.

    Scottish Highlands and Isles - Parcels

    Due to the distance required to deliver any product from this website to the Scottish Highlands, a charge higher than that of mainland deliveries must be charged. This is simply because transport costs to cover this extra distance are higher than those of delivering to the mainland.

    If your address is within any of the postcode ranges below, you must select the "Scottish Highlands / Northern Ireland" option on the basket / checkout page.

    Postcode areas classed as Scottish Highlands and Isles are: IV - HS - KA27-28 - KW - PA20 - PA49 - PA60-78 - PH17-26 - PH30-44 - PH49-50 - ZE

    Standard Delivery charge of - £15.99 per parcel.

    Northern Ireland Parcels

    As with delivery to the Scottish Highlands, the costs associated with delivering goods to the areas detailed above are higher than a regular mainland delivery.

    If your address is within the Northan Ireland (BT postcode area), you must select the "Northern Ireland" optionon the basket / checkout page.

    Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly Parcels

    As with delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland, the costs associated with delivering goods to the areas detailed above are higher than a regular mainland delivery.

    Please note. The pallet delivery service is UK mainland only.This excludes the highlands and Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Guernsey and Northern Ireland.

    Certain UK mainland locations also incur additional delivery charges and London City Centre also incurs a surcharge.

    The most important thing is that the delivering depot has all your information before they arrange delivery. The information that the delivering depot needs:
    Full address, postcode and contact name / Telephone number.
    Any delivery restrictions – access, size of road unsuitable for larger vehicles, etc.

    The delivering depot will contact you when they receive the pallet to arrange a mutually agreed delivery time (usually the following day).
    Normal delivery times are 10am – 5.30pm Monday - Friday. There are no deliveries before 9am, after 5.30pm, Saturdays or Sundays.

    Another option is ‘Depot Collect’, where you can come and collect the goods yourself. This has to be agreed with the depot – the times available are usually 7am – 7pm, so it’s a good option if delivery during the day is a problem.

    When delivery is made, it will be by a single driver vehicle with a tail lift. The driver will deliver to roadside of the address. He may be able to move the pallet with a pump truck – of course gravel driveways, steps and steep inclines are not suitable.

    The driver is not allowed to be out of line of sight of the vehicle for insurance purposes. The driver will handball (remove from pallet by hand) if the goods are of a reasonable size/ weight, within usual Health & Safety rules.

    It is strongly recommended that if you cannot move the goods yourself that you arrange for another person to be present when delivery is made. The driver will not remove the pallet unless instructed to do so by you.
    A window of 20 minutes is allowed for each delivery. If you are not present the driver will contact his depot to inform them and try to reach you on the contact number – however they will only wait 20 minutes. If a re-delivery has to be made, a further charge will incur – this charge varies depending on the Zone of the delivery.

    The driver will not leave a delivery unattended and unsigned for without the depot getting written permission beforehand.

    When you sign for a delivery, you are signing for a sealed pallet. You should check for any physical signs of damage and must mark this on the POD (proof of delivery) document – a clean POD makes insurance claims problematic.

    This barbecue pallet order qualifies for FREE UK mainland shipping with the exception of some postcodes.
    For certain postcodes our carriers apply a delivery surcharge in addition to the pallet delivery cost (Please see the product description for more details)
