In order for there to be no confusion
over the return of goods, please complete the form below and one of
bestbuys web sales team will contact you explaining the returns procedure
for the problem. No returns will be accepted without going through
this process.

Seven day cooling off period.
Bestbuys would like to remind all of
our customers that as mentioned in the terms and conditions that,
Customers can return goods for any reason provided they contact Bestbuys
within the seven day cooling off period. This seven day period begins
from the date the order is signed for by the reciever. Bestbuys will
not refund any postage cost and customers will be required to cover
the costs of returning goods to Bestbuys. All goods must be returned
in an unused condition with all tags and packaging in tact. The goods
must be in saleable condition when returned to Bestbuys otherwise
the refund may be refused and customers will be charged to have the
goods returned to them. We recommend that customers return goods recorded
delivery, as Bestbuys hold no responsibility for return parcels which
are not received.
Any goods returned to Bestbuys must be
in an unused condition. Any tents must be returned in their original
packaging and must be in a un pitched condition. If a tent has been
pitched it is deemed second hand and unsalable. No refunds will be
given for tents which have been pitched. Bestbuys decision is final.
If goods are returned after this seven day cooling off period a restocking
fee of 35% will be deducted from the refund total. for more information
