Tracking Your Parcel
To track your parcel, please enter your tracking number into the "Track your parcel online" box on Parcelforce's website (www.parcelforce.com) or click the Parcelforce at the bottom of the page.
Bestbuys and our couriers will not be held liable for any delays in delivery of your order if the consignment does not have a full address, postcode code and telephone number; Any computer system is affected directly or indirectly by any virus; Force Majuere - anything outside the control of Bestbuys and our couriers including (but not limited to) fire, flood, explosion, accident, adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, governmental act, act of god, terrorism, war, or from any industrial dispute whatsoever.
Online Returns & Exchanges - Distance Selling
You may cancel your order any time within seven (7) working days, beginning on the day after you received the goods. We will refund the goods ordered in full except where multiple items have been ordered and not all of them are being returned.
However you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day you give written notice of cancellation.
To cancel an order, you must inform us in writing (Not by telephone). You must also return the goods to us as soon as possible, intact and ideally in their original packaging, and at your own cost and risk.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, less shipping and packaging. Wrap the item securely in its original packaging (If any) with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories.
Who pays for return postage?
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items back to Bestbuys. We recommend returning goods via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class recorded services, or for heavier and higher value items with Parcelforce standard parcels.
In the event of faulty goods, please contact the store who will advise you how to return the item or part of the item, or whether a collection will need to be arranged.
Free Delivery Orders
In the case of a free delivery orders being returned to Bestbuys for a refund for any reason other than faulty items, £5.99 (per parcel) will be deducted from the total amount to cover shipping costs.
If on occasion a part order is returned for a refund and the total order value falls below the free delivery threshold, the standard £5.99 delivery charge will be deducted from the refund.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.
No refunds will be given for tents which have been pitched. If a tent has been pitched it is deemed second hand and not in"new" condition.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.
If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Any orders for personalised goods are non-returnable. Some goods are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.

Except where a Product is defective, you may not cancel a contract for the supply of any of the following:
(a) Products produced or altered to your own specification;
(b) Perishable goods, including fresh foods or plants;
(c) DVDs or CDs where you have broken the seal;

Coupons, discounts and promotional discount codes offered by www.best-buys.co.uk are valid only for use as part of a purchase made via www.best-buys.co.uk, unless otherwise stated.. Such promotional discounts are not valid for use as part of a purchase in Bestbuys store, or for telephone orders.
Free gifts and promotional items are not eligible for exchange or refund. The Free Gift product is the product illustrated, no alternatve products are offered. If you later return items in your order for a refund you must also return the free gift item or otherwise agree to purchase it at the full retail price. In the event that your first colour choice is not available it will automatically be substituted for an alternative colour of our choosing.
