SUGGESTIONS FOR USE
When enjoying a sauna room bath, It is suggested to turn power on at least 15 minutes beforehand. After 15 minutes of preheating, the temperature inside the sauna room should reach about 105 degress F (40 degress C); at this stage most people find the sauna a comfortable tempreature to begin the sauna bath. The temperature will continue to rise to the set temperature.
If it feels too hot during use, adjust the tempreature down, open the vent or open the door for fresh air.
WARNINGS
- Do not put the sauna in a moist enviroment.
Place room on a level surface.
- Do not repair the product by yourself.
- Do not disassemble the product by yourself except as indicated in the manual.
- Do not spray the heater with water.
- Do not use any sharp tools near the heaters (severe damage may result).
- Do not use the product for any other purpose than originally designed and intended.
- Do not directly touch the heater with hands or body for extended periods of time.
- Do not use contiuously for more than one hour.
- If you have any health problems or conditions, consult your Doctor or GP for permission to use the sauna room.
- The sauna room should not be used by children
- The use of alcohol, drugs, or medication is capable of greatly increasing the risk of fatal hyperthermia.
- Discontinue use if nervousness, tremor, headache, feeling of sickness or nausea occurs
