Changes in store due to Coronavirus - Bestbuys Skip to main content

At Bestbuys, our priority is the safety of our customers and staff. With this in mind, we have put measures in place to make your visit to Bestbuys as safe as possible.

Although it is no longer a legal requirement to wear a face covering indoors, the government suggests you continue to wear one in crowded and indoor spaces where you may come into contact with people you do not normally meet.

We are therefore encouraging our staff and our customers, to continue to wear face coverings if you can.

We thank you for your cooperation.

To help reduce the risk of infection we are asking both our staff and customers to follow these preventative measures in store…

  • Respect the personal space of both other customer and staff.
  • Follow staff instructions and signs including one-way systems and customer capacity limits in certain areas of the store.
  • Use the hand sanitiser provided on entry to our store and at various hand sanitisation points located around the store.
  • If you Cough or sneeze, please do so into your elbow or tissue.
  • DO NOT touch your face.
  • If you are showing any symptoms of the Coronavirus, we kindly ask you not to visit our store until you have fully recovered and followed Government and NHS guidelines.

Our staff have also been provided additional hygiene products to use. Extra cleaning of the most commonly touched areas such as hand rails, door handles, tills and card payment terminals is taking place to reduce the risk of infection.

We are committed to operating with normal store hours (Monday – Saturday 9:30am – 6pm and Sunday 10am – 4pm)
However, please be aware that these opening hours are subject to change.

We are continually monitoring the guidelines and advice provided by the UK Government and Public Health England, and are doing everything we can to make your visit to Bestbuys as safe as possible.

If you have any queries about the measures we have in place, please feel free to call our store before you visit us on 01933 272699.

Your patience and understanding are appreciated during these exceptional times.
