In Store Orders / Local Delivery:
For items purchased in store and to be delivered by our own Bestbuys delivery team, our warehouse team will contact you to arrange your delivery date and an estimated time. Delivery days are Monday to Friday, during store opening hours, by our own delivery team.
During our busier periods, we kindly request some degree of flexibility concerning delivery times.
Goods must be signed for on delivery and cannot be left unattended.
Whilst we will endeavour to take as much care as possible, our insurance is for door to door, ground floor delivery only. Customers may request assistance in taking the order into the premises, but this will be at the discretion of the delivery team only, and will assume that there is safe and sufficient access. Due to current Health and Safety rules, we are unable to transport goods up or down flights of steps, lift over fences or walls, or carry long distances.
Please advise us if you have any special requirements, or delivery access issues in advance.
