In store Orders / Local Deliveries by Bestbuys:
For items purchased in store and to be delivered by our own Bestbuys delivery team, we will contact you to arrange your delivery date and an estimated time slot. Delivery days are Monday to Friday, during store opening hours, by our own van and delivery team.
Our delivery team try to group deliveries by area so they can deliver several orders in the same direction whilst also trying to prioritise those who have ordered first.
If you are unable to take delivery during the suggested date/time, you may have to wait until our delivery team are next in your area.
During busier periods, we kindly request some degree of flexibility concerning delivery times, as we try to get your order to you as soon as we can.
Our driver will not leave your order unattended and will check and confirm with you that your order is correct before either asking you to sign for delivery or take a photo proof of delivery to avoid any unnecessary contact.
Whilst we will endeavour to take as much care as possible, our insurance is for door to door, ground floor delivery only. Customers may request assistance in taking the order into the premises, but this will be at the discretion of the delivery team only, and will assume that there is safe and sufficient access. Due to current Health and Safety rules, we are unable to transport goods up or down flights of steps, lift over fences or walls, or carry long distances.
Please advise us if you have any special requirements, or delivery access issues in advance.
