Temporary Store Closure

Unfortunately, following the Government announcement on 31st October regarding the ongoing Coronavirus situation, our store is temporarily closed to customers until 2nd December.

For existing customers awaiting items to be delivered, we will continue to make local deliveries. If you do not yet have a delivery slot booked, we will be in contact with you soon to arrange delivery at the earliest possible opportunity (subject to guidelines and advice provided by the UK Government and Public Health England).

For customers awaiting Hot Tub deliveries, installs will continue to go ahead as planned. We will also continue to update each customer with the latest news regarding their hot tub and shipping / install dates.

Whilst our store is closed, our staff will not be able to answer incoming phone calls. However, some of our staff will be working remotely and behind the scenes to answer any queries you may have and continue making customer deliveries.

We are still able to offer a limited local contactless delivery or collection service on a small range of products. To see the range of products available for this service, please click the button below.
