Ordering Online or via Telephone

Coronavirus Information for our Customers

All of the items we have in stock on our website are available at our store in Wellingborough.

Our website only shows a selection of what we have to offer. If you cannot find exactly what you are looking for, or want to see our full range of items, please contact us or visit our store in Wellingborough.

Some items are also available to order online for delivery by our courier partners. Online order items can be added to your basket and purchased securely via our website, or ordered over the telephone, please see below for more details.

For certain items we can offer a local delivery service. Please visit our store in Wellingborough or call us on 01933 272699 for further details.

 

Ordering Online

To place an order online, please add the item(s) you would like to order to your basket and click proceed to checkout. You will then be taken to the checkout page, where you can fill in your billing and shipping address details.

Please note: The billing address used should be the same as the registered card address.

All our online transactions are processed securely through Barclaycard’s ePDQ system. Barclays handle the payment process ensuring high levels of security. We urge all customers to sign up to the Verified by Visa / Mastercard Secure Code authentication processes. This is an additional security check that benefits both the consumer and retailer from fraudulent transactions. When paying online you will be sent a confirmation email from Barclays confirming that payment has been completed. This is not confirmation from Bestbuys that the order has been accepted and processed. We will send our own email confirmation of order status and courier tracking number when despatch has been finalised.

 

Ordering via Telephone

To place your order by telephone, please call our store during store opening hours and listen to the phone options to speak to one of our staff members. Once you get through to a member of staff, they will be able to take your order details.

Please note: Telephone orders can only be sent to the same address as the registered card address.

Telephone orders are processed through one of our in store Barclays Secure PDQ terminals. Once the telephone payment has been authorised your card details are destroyed.

When paying over the telephone, if you have provided an email address you will be sent a confirmation of order status and courier tracking number when despatch has been finalised.

 

Cut Off Time for Same Day Dispatch

Online or Telephone Orders placed before 12 o’clock noon on a working day (Mon – Fri) will be processed and dispatched the same day. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank / other public holidays.

Every effort is made to dispatch items the same working day, however if you have placed an order after the 12 o’clock noon “cut off” time and have chosen a next working day delivery option, please contact our store and we will be able to advise you if there is still time to process and dispatch your order the same day.
